恋のキャットストリート（Love on Cat Street ）/ HotCats – KOEDO Original AI Rockabilly Song

DESCRIPTION

Here is another installment in my Harajuku Memories Series. Today, Cat Street is known as one of Harajuku’s most stylish little streets. There are various stories about how it got its name—some say there used to be lots of cats along the old riverside, while others connect it with the birth of the rockabilly band Black Cats. I used to visit Cat Street quite often back in the day, especially because Pink Dragon was there. So this time, I turned my memories of Cat Street into a song with a wild rockabilly sound. Tonight, HotCats bring the old Cat Street back to life with some good old rock ’n’ roll! Enjoy “Love on Cat Street”! We leave the crowded avenue You stop and smile like you always do Neither of us can quite recall We found that we had changed most of all 恋のキャットストリート Walking slowly, side by side 近道なんて　知ってるくせに We take another turn tonight The way we were is far behind I think I like this better now 古着屋の前　足を止めて “You used to wear that,” you say to me そんな派手なの　着てないよって But maybe you remember better than me 明治通りの　音が遠くて The city fades behind our backs We never seem to run out of words We almost said goodbye back then Who would be walking here with you? No need to get the answers right That’s how we made it here tonight Everything changes year by year But around another corner We’re not the kids we used to be You’re still walking next to me 恋のキャットストリート I don’t care where this street may end Let’s take the long way home again Lyrics and Music　KoedoRetoro AIMusic
